For regular orders that do not include custom resin artwork, processing times are 2-5 days depending on stock for both US and international orders. Arrival after shipping times are between 3-7 days for the US.

Payments are processed with Wix, PayPal, Google, or using any major credit card. Please, double check your address before submitting your order. There will be several opportunities to confirm your information, and I will NOT issue refunds or re-ship orders due to incorrect addresses. 

Please be aware that USPS makes you the recipient responsible for customs duties and taxes (if any) and you should check with your local customs office to be aware of any additional fees. Mermaid Trash has no control over any additional taxes, fees, or duties you may be charged.

International shipping times vary depending on your country and local service providers. Generally, most packages arrive within 2-4 weeks. I only issue refunds (no re-ships) for lost packages after 90 days. If selecting priority I recommend purchasing the insurance. 

There are absolutely no refunds on original artworks. I will repair any damage incurred by shipping on original artworks for US customers only. International buyers are encouraged to purchase insurance. For refunds (no exchanges) on damaged or defective art supplies, it must be proven with pictures and order number to mermaidlauren@mermaidtrash.com. Should you decide to return any undamaged, unused product, there will be a 20% restocking fee and the shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund.
